Job summary

Tufts Medicine seeks a Manager of Digital Strategy and Experience to lead the strategy, development, and continuous optimization of our public-facing websites and digital listings. You will own the end-to-end website experience and ensure accurate, consistent, and discoverable information across search engines, directories, and AI-powered search platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
Minimum 7 years in digital strategy, website management, or marketing, with healthcare exp.
Experience with AI tools and enterprise AI platforms welcomed.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy, development, and optimization of Tufts Medicine public websites.
Own website experience, listings accuracy, and discoverability across platforms.
Oversee CMS governance, performance, security, and scalability.
Drive AI search optimization and use of WRITER for content creation.
Develop KPI dashboards and analytics to measure engagement and conversions.
Mentor and grow the digital strategy team; collaborate with IT and MarCom.
