Qualifications

• 6+ years in Healthcare (Medicare/Medicaid/Pharmacy) program leadership.
• Experience guiding large software implementations end-to-end.
• Ability to translate business needs into delivery plans.
• Experience working with multiple VP levels and delivery areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs to deliver complex product solutions on time and within scope.
• Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage risks, track gaps, and drive resolution plans.
• Report status to leadership and escalate blockers as needed.
• Facilitate cross-functional sessions to improve processes and lessons learned.
• Support pre-sales analysis and cost estimation across delivery areas.
