Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking an experienced delivery leader to drive integrated program delivery across complex healthcare initiatives. This role requires turning plans into results, managing a global team, and aligning scope, schedule, and quality with client commitments.

You will coach PMs, forecast capacity, and coordinate product, engineering, testing, implementation, architecture, and offshore teams, while providing executives with clear delivery health insights and actionable

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program or delivery leadership across complex software implementations.
• Experience in healthcare, Medicaid, Medicare, pharmacy, or government tech.
• Proven accountability for large portfolios, budgets, and client implementations.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar products quickly and act with incomplete information.
• Experience coaching PMs and delivery leaders to independent ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own program delivery governance from planning through completion.
• Scale delivery capability through coaching PMs.
• Establish achievable commitments with sales and product.
• Align cross-functional teams around shared plans and responsibilities.
• Anticipate risks and drive mitigation or recovery.
• Share lessons learned and drive continuous improvements.
• Maintain executive visibility on delivery health.
