Responsibilities

• Define data testing strategy, planning, estimation, oversight, metrics, and reporting.
• Oversee SQL/database validation, data integration, ETL, migration, and end-to-end data-flow testing.
• Guide test data management and leverage test automation and data-validation tools.
• Understand claims, membership, provider, and care management data.
• Lead risk identification, mitigation, defect management, and root-cause analysis.
• Drive quality across SDLC/Agile and release readiness.
• Build client relationships and communicate quality status to executives.
