Highmark Health is seeking a Quality Lead with strong data-testing leadership and healthcare domain expertise to define strategy, oversee end-to-end quality activities, guide technical teams, and translate complex data-quality risks into clear business impacts. The role does not require day-to-day hands-on test execution.

The role will drive quality across the SDLC, Agile delivery, and release readiness, and will communicate quality status and business impacts to executives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of managing projects, timelines, and resources.
• 3+ years of excellent customer service experience and meeting client expectations.
• 3+ years of leading and mentoring small teams through all SDLC phases.

Responsibilities

• Define data testing strategy and oversight.
• Oversee SQL and data validation, ETL, migration, and end-to-end data-flow testing.
• Guide test data management and data-validation tools.
• Understand healthcare data domains (claims, membership, provider, care management).
• Lead risk identification, mitigation, defect management, and root-cause analysis.
• Drive quality across the SDLC, Agile delivery, and release readiness.
• Communicate quality status and business impacts to executives.
