Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Quality Lead with strong data-testing leadership and healthcare domain expertise to define strategy and oversee end-to-end quality activities. The role focuses on translating data-quality risks into business impacts, without day-to-day hands-on testing.

You will guide technical teams, oversee SQL and data validation, ETL processes, and data-flow testing across claims and membership data.

Qualifications

3 years managing projects, timelines, and resources.
3 years delivering excellent customer service and meeting client expectations.
3 years leading and mentoring QA testers and associates through SDLC.

Responsibilities

Lead data testing strategy, planning, estimation, execution oversight, quality metrics, and reporting.
Oversee SQL/database validation, data integration, ETL, migration, and end-to-end data-flow testing.
Guide test data management and apply experience with test automation and data-validation tools.
Understand claims, membership, provider, and care management data.
Lead risk identification, mitigation, defect management, and root cause analysis.
Drive quality across the SDLC, Agile delivery, and release readiness.
Build client relationships, lead cross-functional collaboration, and communicate quality status and business impacts to executives.
