Highmark Health is seeking a Quality Lead with strong data-testing leadership and healthcare domain expertise to define strategy and oversee end-to-end quality activities. This role focuses on data validation, ETL, and data-flow testing without day-to-day hands-on test execution.

You will guide test data management, leverage data-validation tools, and lead delivery across SDLC and Agile releases while communicating quality status and business impacts to executives.

Qualificações

• Experience leading data testing strategy and governance.
• Proven ability to manage projects, timelines and resources.
• Healthcare data-domain knowledge across claims, membership, provider, and care management is preferred.
• Mentor QA testers and Associate Quality Leads across SDLC phases.
• Ability to translate technical risks into clear business impacts for executives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead data testing strategy, planning, estimation, execution oversight, quality metrics and reporting.
• Oversee SQL and database validation, data integration, ETL, migration and end-to-end data-flow testing.
• Guide test data management and apply experience with test automation and data-validation tools.
• Understand claims, membership, provider, and care management data to inform testing scope.
• Lead risk identification, mitigation, defect management, and root cause analysis.
• Drive quality across the SDLC, Agile delivery and release readiness.
• Communicate quality status and business impacts to executives and stakeholders.
