Job summary

FullStack is hiring a Healthcare Data and Analytics Specialist to work with clients on team augmentation or design & build, delivering analytics products with healthcare data expertise.

You will analyze medical and pharmacy claims, eligibility and payer data, build maintainable analytics logic in SQL, and generate recurring reports. This role requires a four-year degree, advanced English, and comfort with HIPAA and Agile teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced English is required.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering, data analysis, or data operations experience.
• Deep experience with healthcare data (claims, eligibility, enrollment, payer/TPA/PBM).
• Experience using SQL to join datasets and build analytical logic.
• Familiarity with HIPAA/PHI and healthcare data security controls.
• Experience on Agile/Scrum teams and large, complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Work in Team Augmentation or Design & Build to deliver AI-enabled analytics solutions.
• Analyze healthcare data including claims, eligibility, enrollment, or benefits.
• Create recurring analytical reports, data dictionaries, and metrics for clients or executives.
• Ensure data quality, validation, reconciliation, and secure data handling.
