Job summary

FullStack is hiring a Healthcare Data and Analytics Specialist to join our team. You will work with clients in team augmentation or design & build roles, applying SQL to healthcare datasets and delivering actionable analytics.

You will ensure data quality, build reporting, and work within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver reliable solutions with CI/CD practices. Advanced English and a four-year degree are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, data analysis, or data operations.
• Advanced English is required.
• Four-year college degree is required.
• Deep experience with healthcare data (claims, eligibility, enrollment, or payer/TPA/PBM).
• Strong SQL skills to join datasets and build analytical logic.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, PHI, and data security controls.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients on team augmentation or design & build projects.
• Create recurring analytical reporting, data dictionaries, and metrics definitions.
• Investigate data issues and trace discrepancies through data ecosystems.
• Maintain CI/CD for applications and ensure data quality.
