FullStack is hiring a Healthcare Data and Analytics Specialist to join our remote-first team. You will work with client teams in a team augmentation or design & build model, applying deep healthcare data expertise to deliver analytics and data solutions.

You should have 5+ years in software, data analysis, or data operations, advanced English, a four-year degree, and strong SQL skills to join complex datasets while upholding HIPAA and data security standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software, data analysis, or data operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with healthcare data incl. claims/benefits.
• Strong SQL and data validation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client teams to integrate data solutions.
• Design and deliver recurring analytics reports and data dictionaries.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and data security throughout workflows.
