Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Healthcare Data and Analytics Specialist to collaborate with clients in either Team Augmentation or Design & Build roles. You will work with healthcare data such as claims and eligibility, applying SQL to create reliable analytical logic and data quality processes.

Advanced English and a four-year degree are required, along with 5+ years in related fields. This role offers full remote work and opportunities to partner with leading startups and Fortune 500 companies.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software engineering, data analysis, or data operations experience.
Advanced English is required.
Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
Deep experience in healthcare data, including medical claims, pharmacy claims, eligibility, enrollment, or payer/TPA/PBM benefits.
Expertise in using SQL to join complex datasets, investigate discrepancies, and construct maintainable analytical logic.
Knowledge of HIPAA andPHI regulations and healthcare data security controls.

Responsibilities

Integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their designers and engineers daily.
Work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver analytics and data solutions to clients.
