Jobgether is seeking a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst to transform medical and pharmacy claims data into reliable insights for clinical teams and healthcare organizations. You will work across functions to improve data quality, support evidence-based research, and identify opportunities to improve healthcare delivery.

You will build and maintain healthcare analytics tools, collaborate with clinicians on real-world evidence studies, and develop ETL processes to support reliable data integration

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a healthcare data analyst within a health plan.
• Deep understanding of medical and pharmacy claims data, including claim-line-level analysis.
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop healthcare analytics solutions transforming claims data into insights.
• Build and maintain analytics tools to improve access to services and medications.
• Collaborate with clinicians to design real-world evidence studies using large claims datasets.
• Partner with technology teams to ingest and manage medical and pharmacy data.
• Develop ETL processes to support data integration and analytics.
• Analyze claim-line-level data to identify trends and improve outcomes.
• Identify and implement automation and AI opportunities across teams.
• Translate complex healthcare data into actionable findings for decisions.
