Job summary

CareTalk Health is seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join our remote US team. You will collect, clean, and analyze healthcare data, build dashboards, and partner with product, engineering, and clinical teams to drive data‑driven decisions.

You will leverage SQL and Python or R, develop basic statistical models, and communicate findings clearly. Experience with Tableau or Power BI is preferred, with a focus on improving patient care and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a data-related field.
• 1–2 years of data-focused experience (internships included).
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R for data analysis.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of statistical methods and predictive modeling.
• Knowledge of healthcare datasets or standards (FHIR, ICD-10) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Data Management: Collect, clean, and preprocess large healthcare datasets.
• Analysis: Perform statistical analyses and generate actionable insights.
• Visualization: Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
