HANDLE Global is seeking a Research Analyst to transform healthcare data into actionable insights. You will translate complex product data, map aliases to a single identifier, and maintain accurate master records to support budgeting and sourcing decisions.

You’ll work with SQL, Python, and BI tools, collaborating across teams to validate matches and drive data quality, with remote-friendly arrangements and occasional in-person collaboration near Prospect, KY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in a data analytics or research role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, V-lookups, graphs).
• Analytical prowess with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Investigate unmatched product items and map to HANDLE’s catalog.
• Create and maintain product records in the master database.
• Scrub data quality, eliminate duplicates, and standardize asset intelligence.
• Match product aliases to a single precise identifier.
• Use SQL to answer data-related questions and build queries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to validate matches and share findings.
• Support fast-turnaround data needs and edge-case investigations.
