Job summary

Pacific Health Group is seeking a Data Administrator to maintain data integrity, ensure timely reporting, and support system integrations across healthcare programs. The role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with care teams to enable data-driven decisions.

The position offers a remote, full-time arrangement in the United States, with duties spanning ECM, Med-Cal, and other service programs, plus opportunities to contribute to audits and quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in data management, healthcare administration, information systems, or related field.
• Experience in healthcare data administration, reporting, or compliance strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, reporting dashboards, and data entry tools (TheraPlatform, SalesMate a plus).

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly and quarterly submission of ECM Report Template Files and Outreach Transmission Files to contracted health plans.
• Gather, validate, and consolidate data from multiple systems to ensure accuracy of demographics, service dates, and case notes.
• Maintain data integrity and audit readiness across platforms; support leadership reporting.
• Produce weekly/monthly operational reports and translate data into insights for leadership.
• Assist with data system implementations, migrations, and workflow redesigns.
