Job summary

Pacific Health Group is seeking a Data Administrator to maintain data integrity, ensure compliant submissions, and support data-driven decision making across care coordination programs. This is a remote, full-time role with a strong emphasis on accuracy, cross-team collaboration, and timely reporting.

The position requires a data-management background, healthcare experience, and ability to work with multiple platforms (TheraPlatform, SalesMate).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data management, healthcare administration, information systems, or related field.
• Experience in healthcare data administration, reporting, or compliance preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, reporting dashboards, and data entry tools (TheraPlatform, SalesMate a plus).

Responsibilities

• Health Plan Compliance submissions and tracking to all contracted plans.
• Manage member eligibility checks for ECM, Medi-Cal, and related programs.
• Maintain data integrity across systems and ensure accurate reporting.
• Lead weekly leadership reporting with trends and insights.
• Update and verify member profiles and discharge statuses for compliance.
• Produce recurring operational reports to monitor performance and compliance.
• Support data-driven planning through research on expansions and partnerships.
• Assist with event planning, logistics, and outreach activities.
• Contribute to data system implementations and cross-functional projects.
