You will leverage HIPAA-compliant processes, CRM systems and healthcare terminology to ensure accurate, timely responses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years in a customer service role and 1+ year in a contact center environment.
• Experience with healthcare software and HIPAA compliance is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between Labcorp, customers, and patients.
• Maintain understanding of lab operations across departments.
• Resolve routine requests using internal systems and procedures.
• Meet productivity, quality, and service standards.
• Review test forms for accuracy and correct discrepancies per SOPs.
