Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance leadership experience.
• 3+ years in a Controller-level role.
• Industry experience in startups or brokerage/fiduciary preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger, revenue recognition, and payroll across five entities.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and management dashboards.
