SelectHealth - Murray is seeking a Business Systems Configuration Analyst I to analyze, design, configure, test, implement and support healthcare platform software configurations. The role handles SQL scripting, relational databases, and moderately complex interfaces under supervision, delivering changes within SLAs.

Minimum requirements include two years in healthcare business systems with claims processing knowledge, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to run basic queries.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience with healthcare business systems and claims processing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Ability to run basic queries and generate reports.
• Willing to work outside core business hours.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, configure, test, implement and support healthcare platform software configurations.
• Review change requests for consistency with existing systems and troubleshoot configuration issues.
• Develop or assist with prototype configurations to support solutions.
• Estimate effort, communicate status, and document changes in the change management system.
• Work independently or with a team to meet business requirements and SLAs.
• Maintain understanding of technical and functional architecture of assigned systems.
