Qualifications

• Two years of experience in business systems or healthcare with an understanding of claims processing and billing.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
• Ability to run basic queries and reports.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, configure, test, implement and support healthcare platform software configuration.
• Review change requests for consistency with existing systems and troubleshoot configuration issues.
• Provide estimates and updates, document status in change management systems, and collaborate with management and team to meet requirements.
