Job summary

Intermountain Health's SelectHealth - Murray division seeks a Business Systems Configuration Analyst I to analyze, design, configure, test, implement and support healthcare platform software configurations. The role involves SQL scripting, relational databases, and moderate UI work, with responsibilities spanning change requests, troubleshooting, and change-management updates.

Qualifications

Two years of experience working with business systems or in healthcare, with a thorough understanding of claims processing and billing.
Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel.
Ability to run basic queries and reports.
Willing to work outside core business hours to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

Analyze, design, configure, test, implement and support healthcare platform software configuration.
Review change requests for consistency and compatibility with existing systems.
Troubleshoot configuration issues and propose modifications to resolve them.
Provide estimates and status updates, document requests in change-management systems.
Acquire and maintain understanding of the technical and functional architecture of assigned systems.
