Job summary

Intermountain Health's Select Health division is seeking a Business Systems Configuration Analyst I to analyze, design, configure, test and support healthcare platform software configurations in Murray, Utah. You will work with relational databases, SQL scripting and moderately complex interfaces to implement business functions within SLAs.

The role requires at least two years of experience with healthcare business systems, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to run basic SQL

Qualifications

• Two years of experience with business systems or in healthcare, with a thorough understanding of claims processing and billing.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Ability to run basic queries and reports.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, configure, test, implement and support healthcare platform software configuration.
• Review change requests to ensure consistency with existing systems; troubleshoot configuration issues.
• Provide estimates and document status in change management system; escalate and resolve issues within SLAs.
