Job summary

SelectHealth - Murray is seeking a Business Systems Configuration Analyst I to analyze, design, configure, test, implement and support healthcare platform software configuration. The role operates remotely with a 40-hour work week and an hourly rate range of 25.39 to 40.00, dependent on experience.

Responsibilities include reviewing change requests, troubleshooting configuration issues, estimating effort, and documenting progress in the change management system.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience working with business systems or in healthcare, with a thorough understanding of claims processing and billing.
• Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel.
• Ability to run basic queries and reports.
• Willing to work outside core business hours to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, configure, test, implement and support healthcare platform software configuration.
• Review change requests for consistency with existing systems and troubleshoot configuration issues.
• Provide estimates for activities and identify when configurations cannot meet requirements.
• Maintain documentation and status updates in the change management system.
