Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is redefining the healthcare revenue cycle with innovation and operational excellence. The Compliance Director will lead and oversee our compliance program, ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations, industry standards, client requirements, and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Healthcare compliance certification (CHC, CHPC, CHRC, CCEP, or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive healthcare compliance, regulatory, audit, risk management, or revenue cycle leadership experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and compliance programs.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements, including False Claims Act, CMS, OIG guidance, and healthcare compliance frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience conducting investigations, audits, and risk assessments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and the management of teams using AI to lean in to process and technological improvements

Responsibilities

• Monitor, review, and maintain knowledge of applicable compliance and regulatory updates and provide guidance to leaders.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures for the Ensemble Compliance Program.
• Develop training modules and perform training based on regulatory risk areas and audits.
• Lead compliance onboarding and integration activities for new and transitioning clients.
• Serve as Compliance Liaison to assigned Ensemble clients and service lines and support client-facing audits and reporting.
