Job summary

DNV’s Healthcare Division seeks Clinical Surveyors who can work remotely within the Continental U.S. with up to 100% travel to client sites. The role focuses on promoting ISO 9001 quality management and NIAHO accreditation standards through surveys and analysis.

Starting pay ranges are provided for certain states; candidates should have clinical licensure (MD/DO or RN with BSN) and strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Travel and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) with current medical licensure.
• Must have graduated from an approved school of nursing and possess a current RN (BSN) license.

Responsibilities

• Survey healthcare organizations across the United States.
• Assess provider compliance with DNV guidelines and ISO principles.
• Prepare management reports on nonconformities and risk points.
• Engage with staff to discuss standards-based issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Supervise and mentor survey team members where applicable.
• Attend scheduled educational calls and complete ongoing training.
• Participate in other DNV activities as assigned.
