DNV’s Healthcare Division is seeking a Clinical Surveyor. This role is remote from anywhere in the Continental U.S. but requires travel to customer sites up to 100% of the time.

Responsible for assessing provider compliance with ISO 9001 and NIAHO accreditation standards and reporting on nonconformities and risks. Starting pay ranges are specified for certain states, and compensation varies by location and experience. Deadline to apply is October 23, 2026.

Qualifikationen

• Physician Surveyor: MD or DO with current state medical licensure.
• Nurse Surveyor: RN with BSN license and state licensure.
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare environment experience or related field.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and ability to generate accurate reports.
• Meet ethical standards for professional conduct.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 100% of the time, including overnight travel.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Affable, approachable demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Aufgaben

• Participate as a member of the healthcare survey team ensuring provider compliance with DNV guidelines.
• Survey healthcare organizations across the United States.
• Apply analysis to determine compliance with standards and ISO principles.
• Prepare management reports on nonconformities and risks.
• Communicate with staff to discuss standards and identify improvement opportunities.
• Supervise and mentor survey team members where applicable.
• Attend scheduled educational calls and complete training.
• Participate in other DNV activities as assigned.
