Job summary

DNV's Healthcare Division is seeking a Senior Generalist Surveyor to conduct healthcare compliance surveys across the United States, with up to 100% travel to client sites. You will apply analytical skills to evaluate provider adherence to ISO 9001 and NIAHO standards and prepare management reports detailing nonconformities and risks.

You will communicate findings with healthcare staff, offer improvement opportunities, and may supervise teammates while attending ongoing training and educational

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience within healthcare environments or related fields such as risk or quality management.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites up to 100% of the time, including overnight stays.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate as a member of the healthcare survey team to ensure provider compliance with DNV guidelines.
• Survey healthcare organizations across the United States independently.
• Assess compliance with applicable standards and ISO principles using analysis and reasoning.
• Prepare management reports highlighting nonconformities and risk points.
• Communicate with staff to discuss standards-based issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Supervise and train other survey team members where applicable.
• Attend scheduled educational calls and complete ongoing training.
• Participate in other DNV activities as assigned.
