Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Call Center Representative (Healthcare) for a fully remote role supporting Oklahoma's Medicaid program. You will handle healthcare-related calls, research information, and document interactions in a fast-paced contact center environment.

The role requires at least 1 year in a high-volume center, strong communication, and ability to navigate multiple systems, with HIPAA/privacy standards maintained throughout.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, research information, and document interactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment handling back-to-back calls.
• Healthcare, Medicaid, health insurance experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer calls and provide accurate, professional assistance with healthcare-related questions and services.
• Research customer inquiries using available systems, resources, and job aids to provide timely resolutions.
• Document customer interactions accurately.
• Meet established quality, productivity, attendance, and schedule adherence expectations.
• Protect customer information by following HIPAA, privacy, security, and confidentiality requirements while delivering a positive customer experience.
