Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Healthcare Call Center Representative - Remote to support the Ohio Fiscal Intermediary account. You will handle calls, assess needs, and document interactions while meeting quality and productivity targets.

The role requires HIPAA compliance, multi-system navigation, and collaboration with the team. It offers a fully remote schedule, with standard M-F hours and orientation via video interviews.

Qualifications

• At least one year of contact center or customer service experience.
• Experience supporting Medicaid or healthcare operations is preferred.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and document interactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare services and Medicaid.
• Assess needs and resolve questions during the first interaction when possible.
• Research inquiries using knowledge bases and system tools.
• Escalate complex issues through established paths.
• Document interactions completely in required systems.
• Meet productivity and quality standards including AHT and QA scores.
• Identify trends and communicate them to teams.
• Follow HIPAA, data privacy, and confidentiality requirements.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors to support objectives.
• Participate in cross-training and knowledge-sharing activities.
