Gainwell Technologies in West Virginia is seeking a Call Center Representative to support health plan members remotely. You will work a standard 8-hour shift within 7 AM–7 PM on weekdays, starting 10:30 AM.

A private work area and reliable internet are required to ensure patient confidentiality and smooth customer interactions. Minimum 1 year of call center experience, strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to multitask are essential.

Qualifications

• Call Center Experience – Minimum 1 year.
• Must have high-speed internet access (min 25 Mbps down, 8 Mbps up).
• Available to work an 8-hour shift between 7 AM and 7 PM Monday through Friday.
• Starting shift will be 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM for an indefinite period.
• Must have a private work area, free from distractions.
• HIPAA Privacy Rules knowledge; CPT and ICD-10 terminology.
