Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years in medical/healthcare or patient-facing environment.
• Advanced English; bilingual Spanish or Creole preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, employers, community organizations, chamber of commerce and other referral sources.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities that drive patient growth and enrollment.
• Conduct outreach activities including in-person visits, presentations, networking events and community engagement.
• Proactively engages in outreach activities (cold calling, email campaigns, etc.).
• Represent Sanitas at health fairs, community events, broker meetings and employer-sponsored events.
