Job summary

Responsibilities

• Engage eligible patients, self-pay individuals, uninsured visitors, and walk-ins by identifying in-center sales opportunities and clearly explaining Sanitas Care benefits, pricing, and enrollment steps to convert interested individuals into active memberships.
• Coordinate the enrollment process and lead handoffs by connecting patients with the commercial call center or completing internal enrollment workflows to ensure a smooth experience and secure the sale.
• Collaborate with center leadership and front desk teams by providing talking points, establishing referral workflows, and updating materials for consistency and increased referrals without disrupting daily operations.
• Track leads, referrals, and enrollments by center, reporting questions, objections, and barriers to leadership to improve the center-based sales process and conversions.
• Support local marketing and community outreach through center activations, open houses, and events to generate new leads and promote affordable primary care to the community.
• KPIs: referrals generated, enrollments, staff training, revenue, and member retention via the center-based channel.
