GUIDEWELL SANITAS I LLC is seeking a Business Development Specialist to expand patient growth and awareness of Sanitas Medical centers in the local Florida market. The role focuses on building strategic relationships with brokers, employers, and referral sources to generate qualified leads and support enrollment goals.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience in healthcare or patient-facing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with brokers, employers and community partners.
• Willingness to travel to multiple community locations and events.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with insurance brokers, employers, community organizations and referral sources.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to drive patient growth and enrollment.
• Conduct outreach activities including in-person visits, presentations and events.
• Represent Sanitas at health fairs, broker meetings and employer events.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and clinical teams to support growth goals.
