Job summary

Hanger, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales and grow referral networks across Boston and surrounding cities.

This remote regional role focuses on managing physician and hospital partnerships, securing new business, and expanding the company’s orthotic and prosthetic services portfolio. You will develop strategic plans, lead contract discussions, and collaborate with clinical and operations teams to meet revenue targets while adhering to Massachusetts regulations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of professional sales experience in healthcare or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce) and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue goals and manage territory in Boston region.
• Develop and execute sales plans; expand referral networks with hospitals and clinics.
• Maintain and grow relationships with clinicians, hospitals and IDNs.
• Lead RFP responses, proposals, and contracting initiatives.
• Coordinate regional growth initiatives and vendor credentialing.
