Job summary

Hanger Clinic in the Greater Philly area is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive healthcare sales within the PA region. You will cultivate relationships with physicians, hospitals and allied health professionals, manage revenue objectives, and expand the referral network for orthotic and prosthetic services.

This remote regional role requires a strategic hunter mindset, CRM proficiency (Salesforce), and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in healthcare sales.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare sales experience.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, especially Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Achieve clinic and territory revenue objectives.
• Build consultative relationships with referral sources.
• Develop strategies to maximize referral revenue.
• Manage hospital, SNF and rehab settings and credentialing.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with management.
