UTHealth Houston is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive marketing, education, and outreach for women’s services within the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Sciences. The role blends remote work with regular in-person engagement with partners in the Greater Houston area.

The position emphasizes physician relationship development, lead generation, and market intelligence to expand access to specialty care.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required; Marketing, Business, or Nursing background preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of successful medical sales or related experience.
• Experience selling to physicians and staff is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Make personal sales calls to physicians to increase utilization of services.
• Generate leads through cold calls and research to grow referrals.
• Build relationships with key decision makers and influential groups in the department.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy based on physician needs and market opportunities.
• Provide leadership with oral/written reports on physician needs, challenges, and competition.
