Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking a BI Solution Developer to ensure healthcare marketing data is accurate and ready for reporting. You will bridge Data Engineering, analytics, and client stakeholders, managing ingestion, quality checks, and data modeling in a Databricks environment.

The role supports data guidance across multiple teams, ensuring reliable data powers business decisions. Remote within the US or onsite in major US offices is possible.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and Python skills in a Databricks environment preferred.
• Experience with ETL tools and data manipulation concepts (Funnel.io, DBT, or similar).
• Ability to work with Data Engineering on sources, schemas, and refresh logic.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for reporting data storage and structure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding of new client data sources and feeds.
• Monitor data freshness and quality across client datasets.
• Develop and maintain client-specific data models and reporting views in Databricks.
• Serve as primary data contact for routine questions and translate needs into modeled data.
• Support Power BI developers and verify dashboard data against sources.
