Job summary

Healthie is seeking an Analytics Engineer to scale data systems and produce customer insights across our platform. You will own key parts of the data model and work with engineering, product, and customer success to deliver reliable reporting and analytics.

Candidate will have 4+ years of data experience, strong SQL, Snowflake/dbt expertise, and a focus on data quality and HIPAA compliance. Remote US work is supported.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in analytics engineering, analytics, or data engineering.
• Experience designing dimensional data models (Kimball or similar).
• Experience with a large-scale cloud data warehouse (1B+ rows).
• Writes production dbt code with version control, code review, and CI.
• Focus on data quality, privacy, and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and extend analytics models for core data products.
• Own major sections of the data model and support teams.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into data models and docs.
• Support reporting and insights for internal and external users.
• Ensure monitoring and reliability of analytics systems.
