Real Chemistry is seeking a BI Solution Developer to join the Measurement Enablement team. You will ensure client healthcare marketing data is accurate, current, and ready for reporting by managing data ingestion, validation, and modeling across Databricks.

The role collaborates with Data Engineering, analytics, and client stakeholders to power reliable business decisions. Remote within the US or based in US offices is possible.

Competenze

• Strong SQL and Python skills, preferably in a Databricks environment.
• Experience using ETL tools and data manipulation concepts (Funnel.io, DBT, or similar).
• Comfort partnering with Data Engineering on data sources, schemas, and refresh logic.
• Deep analytical and problem-solving skills related to data storage and structure for reporting.
• Experience reviewing data logic, KPI definitions, and QA outputs.
• Basic BI (Tableau, Power BI) skills including data modeling, dashboard structure, calculated fields, usability, data storytelling.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Data Ingestion & Source Management: onboarding of new client data sources and data feeds; collaborate with Data Engineering for ingestion into Databricks; monitor ingestion schedules; maintain mappings and inventories; resolve source-related issues.
• Data Quality & Stewardship: monitor data freshness, completeness, and accuracy; perform QA checks; investigate missing or inconsistent data; coordinate remediation with teams; document findings and resolutions; support automated quality checks.
• Data Modeling: develop and maintain client-specific tables and reporting views within Databricks; transform and standardize data; document rules and logic; maintain reusable datasets.
• Stakeholder Support: be primary data questions contact; align with Client Services, Media, Strategy, and Data teams; translate requirements into modeled data and communicate issues.
• Reporting Support: assist Power BI developers and analysts; validate reports; ensure dashboards align with sources and business needs; support semantic models and datasets.
