Zusammenfassung

Astrana Health is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel growth and secure new partners for Accountable Care Organization initiatives. You will focus on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and meetings with physician groups and healthcare organizations interested in value-based care.

Reporting to the Senior Director of ACO Growth, you will build an ACO pipeline and support the sales process through follow-up and relationship nurturing.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or inside sales.
• Strong prospecting, outreach, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Analyze market dynamics and provider landscapes to identify high-value partnership opportunities.
• Lead initial engagement discussions with prospective partners and present value-based care opportunities.
• Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies for engaging physician groups and healthcare organizations.
• Own and manage a pipeline of prospective ACO partners and drive follow-up campaigns.
• Collaborate with Networks, Operations, and Clinical teams to align partnership strategies.
