Job summary
Healthcare Diagnostics Organization is seeking experienced Healthcare Business Analysts for fully remote, long-term opportunities supporting a leading healthcare diagnostics organization. Qualifications
- 5+ years of BA experience in healthcare.
- Experience with EHR/EMR applications.
- Understanding of clinical workflows and diagnostic testing processes.
- Experience coordinating with business and IT stakeholders and supporting UAT.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from healthcare stakeholders.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, requirements workshops, and business process reviews.
- Develop BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze clinical workflows involving physicians, patients, facilities, and labs.
- Understand end-to-end diagnostic testing workflows from test ordering to result reporting.
- Collaborate with clinical teams, laboratory operations, and IT stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into functional solutions.
