Job summary
7Seventy is seeking a remote Business Analyst to analyze healthcare processes, translate workflows into technical requirements, and support EHR software configuration and implementation. You will gather requirements, identify workflow improvements, and ensure solutions meet customer needs and project objectives.
You will collaborate with customers, provide end-user training, test integrations, and support the engagement team throughout implementation, using knowledge of behavioral healthcare
Qualifications
- 5+ years of work experience in healthcare IT, business analysis, or related field.
- Ability to translate workflows into technical and functional requirements for EHR systems.
- Experience configuring software and supporting system implementations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers and project stakeholders during software implementation.
- Gather and document business requirements translating healthcare workflows into technical specs.
- Document current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Define application specifications to support customer objectives.
- Configure the Arize software to meet requirements and implementation specs.
- Develop forms/workflows and support testing and integration activities.
- Provide end-user training and ongoing user support during and after deployment.
- Troubleshoot issues and propose configuration options with the engagement team.
- Work with the team to ensure project delivery aligns with objectives.
