Job summary

Zealogics.com is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with healthcare domain knowledge for a hybrid NYC role, three days per week on-site. The engagement is estimated at 12 months+ and involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology groups.

You will gather requirements, craft BRDs/FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, map As-Is/To-Be processes, and support SDLC and Agile delivery, including data analysis with SQL and dashboards in Excel/Power

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst.
• Strong healthcare domain experience.
• Experience with healthcare applications, processes, or data.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Process Flows, Functional Specifications.
• Strong SQL and data-analysis skills.
• Experience with UAT and SDLC.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Jira and/or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Reporting & Data Analysis: SQL, dashboards in Excel/Power BI/Tableau.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong healthcare domain knowledge to work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, technology teams, and healthcare SMEs to analyze business requirements and translate them into clear technical and functional solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on healthcare applications, healthcare workflows, data, regulatory requirements, and enterprise systems, along with strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, process analysis, and Agile delivery.
