Job summary
Healthcare Career Advancement Program (H-CAP) seeks a full-time Program Manager to drive the development and expansion of Registered Apprenticeship programs in healthcare. You will collaborate with employers, unions, education partners, and other stakeholders to advance opportunities and strengthen workforce initiatives.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
- Excellent project coordination and organizational skills.
- Experience in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry and workforce development.
- Experience with Registered Apprenticeship programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead outreach and engagement efforts with partners for Apprenticeship programs.
- Coordinate educational activities including webinars, forums, and trainings.
- Develop outreach plans and track deliverables to ensure grant compliance.
- Support partners in developing and implementing Registered Apprenticeship programs.
- Stay current on healthcare workforce development trends and collaborate across teams.
