Careers In Nonprofits is seeking a Project Manager to support a national Healthcare Association. This remote, part-time, temporary position (25–30 hours/week) focuses on training and technical assistance within the HCOG team, based in the DMV area.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2 years in project or program management, with experience in training, nonprofit programs, and tools like Asana, Smartsheet, Qualtrics, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and has at least 2 years in project or program management.
• Experience supporting training, technical assistance, or nonprofit programs is preferred.
• Familiarity with project management tools and virtual/hybrid trainings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day coordination and execution of training and TA initiatives across multiple projects.
• Track project timelines, tasks, deliverables, and progress, and prepare routine status updates.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and project milestones with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify risks and propose solutions or adjustments to keep initiatives on track.
• Develop and maintain workflows, SOPs, and internal guidance materials.
• Provide technical and logistical support for virtual, hybrid, and in-person trainings and events.
