Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking an Enterprise Analytics Consultant to support executive leadership across enterprise analytics, finance, and strategy. This fully remote role guides analytics direction, governance, and cross-functional initiatives, shaping models and dashboards in support of top-line goals.

You will coordinate data governance, data quality, and analytics programs, working with Epic, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and other health IT systems.

Qualifications

• 5 years of statistical analysis experience (Preferred).
• ~2 years of project management experience (Preferred).
• Guide stakeholders, shape analytic direction, influence decisions, and present recommendations to leaders.

Responsibilities

• Supports executive leadership and VP-level analytics, governance, and cross-functional initiatives across enterprise analytics, finance, and strategy.
• Develops and administers enterprise-level data governance functions; guides models, dashboards and strategic reporting.
• Liaises with healthcare IT systems (Epic, EHR, billing, imaging) and various data sources to ensure data quality and reliability.
