Sentara Health is seeking an Enterprise Analytics Consultant to support executive leadership in the enterprise analytics community. This fully remote role guides stakeholders, shapes analytic direction, and presents recommendations to leaders across finance, strategy, and operations.

The role emphasizes data governance, governance, and cross-functional analytics initiatives with experience in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Epic ecosystems. Strong healthcare domain understanding is valued.

Qualifications

• 5 years of statistical analysis experience (Preferred)
• ~2 years of project management experience (Preferred)
• Guide stakeholders and present recommendations to leaders across analytics, strategy, finance, and operations

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional analytics and governance initiatives for Sentara's enterprise analytics community.
• Develop and govern enterprise-level data governance functions and strategic reporting.
• Advise on analytic models, dashboards, and executive communication across departments
