Job summary

Sentara Health seeks an Enterprise Analytics Consultant to support executive leadership across enterprise analytics, finance, and strategy. This fully remote role focuses on coordinating cross-functional analytics initiatives and governance to advance Sentara’s top-line goals.

The candidate will guide analytic direction, develop models and dashboards, and ensure data governance across multiple systems and teams, including healthcare and finance.

Qualifications

• 5 years of business acumen (Required)
• 5 years of analytics experience (Preferred)
• 2 years of project management experience (Preferred)
• 5 years of healthcare industry experience (Preferred)
• Looking for someone who can guide stakeholders, shape analytic direction, influence decisions, and present recommendations to leaders, well-versed in enterprise analytics, strategy, quality, finance, operations, value-based care, and cross-functional initiatives

Responsibilities

• Supports executive leadership within the enterprise-wide analytic community, including Enterprise Analytics, Finance, and Strategy.
• Leads and coordinates cross-functional analytics and governance initiatives aligned with Sentara’s strategic goals.
• Guides development of analytic models, dashboards, and strategic reporting, especially when cross-functional coordination is required.
• Develops and administers enterprise-level data governance functions.
