Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking an Enterprise Analytics Consultant to support executive leadership and the enterprise analytics community across finance and strategy. This fully remote role focuses on guiding analytics direction, governance, and high-impact reporting to senior leaders.

Ideal candidates have strong SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel skills, plus experience in data governance and healthcare analytics. Epic experience is a plus and a remote, nationwide setup is supported.

Qualifications

• 5 years of statistical analysis experience (Preferred).
• ~2 years of project management experience (Preferred).
• Experience guiding stakeholders, shaping analytic direction, and presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Supports executive leadership and VP-level analytics across enterprise analytics, finance, and strategy.
• Leads cross-functional analytics and governance initiatives aligning with top-line goals.
• Develops and administers enterprise-level data governance functions.
• Advises on analytic models, dashboards, strategic reporting, and data quality across maturating systems.
