Job summary

Sentara Health is hiring an Enterprise Analytics Consultant for a fully remote role. You will support executives and VPs across enterprise analytics, finance, and strategy, guiding analytic direction and governance initiatives.

You will develop models, dashboards, and strategic reports, and lead cross-functional analytics programs. The role emphasizes data governance and collaboration across healthcare domains, with preference for experience in analytics, data quality, and Epic/EHR environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business acumen (Required)
• 5+ years of analytics experience (Preferred)
• 2+ years of project management experience (Preferred)
• 5+ years of healthcare industry experience (Preferred)
• Master's degree (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support executive leadership with enterprise analytics and governance initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional analytics projects across Enterprise Analytics, Finance, and Strategy.
• Develop analytic models, dashboards, and strategic reporting for senior leaders.
• Advance enterprise-level data governance functions across data domains.

Education
